William Casale Bill believes that everyone should have the opportunity to do meaningful work that fulfills them, and you should always have more good days than bad. Bill’s desire is to use his business experience – both success and failures –to help employees understand how important and vital they are to the success of their organizations, and to help leaders understand how to support them. Bill has successfully owned or been a partner in a wide-range of companies in many industries from owning a small cigar factory, to operating a large outsourcing business in Panama. In all of his business dealings, Bill has always believed that clear communication, treating your vendors like employees, and taking responsibility for your actions leads to success.

Sherri Sutton Sherri’s ultimate dream in life is spend her time like a “crazy uncle in the basement” dreaming of new ideas to allow employees to love both their work and their lives. Her commitment to this work is due to the many amazing mentors she had, and the many employees she has worked with who’s potential needs to be unlocked. Sherri knows that employees really are a company’s greatest asset, and she knows everyone will flourish when they truly execute that reality. How employees are treated at work impacts their family, friends and the community. Sherri has worked in learning and development for over 25 years and worked in many industries and coached employees from entry-level to CEOs.


 

Bill and Sherri have a mission to help employees understand that this, right here, right now, today is your life. How you choose to live it is your choice. Sherri and Bill work hard to help business owners, employers, and employees learn they have the ability to make a positive impact on not only their businesses and their employees, but the community they serve. They can often be found sharing ideas, sitting on a park bench eating ice cream.
